The Computer Repair Center is an Apple authorized repair facility with technicians trained by Apple. The Center repairs Macintosh Computers and some Apple printers for the entire Wayne State University Community. The Center also assists in the design and maintenance of AppleTalk networks and is authorized to perform Apple warranty work.
The Electronics Shop can assist in the design and fabrication of a wide variety of
electronic devices. The shop can also service most types of electronics devices.
The Computer Repair Center
provides repair and maintenance
services for IBM and Compatible Computers for the College of Science.
Fees:
- $25.00 per hour for College of Science work
- $50.00 per hour for non College of Science work
- Cost of materials
IRBs for apple repair center services should be sent to Alice Clemons (0045 Science Hall). Object code 7560 should be used.
